Qualifications
APS Pool Contracting has the technical expertise and knowledge to carry out specialist design, project management, construction and refurbishment services to the highest quality standards gained through many years of experience.
Our Engineers have over 30 years experience in the Mechanical Engineering and Water Technology Industries and hold Indentures and City & Guilds of the London Institute qualifications in these fields. Some are also Members of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers and have been trained to their standards.
Our construction personnel hold BTEC Building Technology Diplomas and Construction Site Manager’s Certificates under the CITB Training Schemes.
All site employees have CITB and CSCS Certificates.
Our employees have also undergone training with the Building Safety Group and hold current Certificates for the following working practices:

Manual Handling
Asbestos Awareness
Working in Confined Spaces
Handling of Hazardous Substances (pool chemicals)
In addition to this our operatives hold individual qualifications in their particular specialist trade.
