APS Pool Contracting offers the total project management package. From the design stage through to completion we will provide a highly efficient, professional, service to ensure that your project is delivered on time and on budget.
APS Pool Contracting will manage every aspect of the project at each stage to ensure that the finished product is of the highest quality and complies with the latest legislation and current operational standards.
Once the basic design has been conceived we work closely with the Client, Architects, Structural Engineers and other professions to co-ordinate the individual aspects of the project and manage the complete construction and installation process through to final commissioning and handover. We ensure the use of best working practices and pay particular attention to detail. Regular site meetings and progress reports play an important role throughout the contract to ensure its smooth running, with minimum disruption and delays.
On commercial contracts APS Pool Contracting has the resources to work ‘out of hours’ and double shifts, seven days a week if required, to minimise loss of revenue caused through closure of Leisure Centres, swimming pools or other public amenities during the works.
APS Pool Contracting will ensure that safe working practices prevail in the working environment - not only for the personal safety of its own employees but for that of its customers and the general public.
We provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements for smaller projects and full Health & Safety Plans and Site Manuals for larger projects. We ensure that we work within the parameters of the CDM and Health & Safety Legislation at all times.
